I have seen so many wonderful and creative interpretations of the herringbone stitch for TAST, I would like to share a few of my favorites:
Dianne at FareyDi’s Fibre Feats or "Fiascos" experimented with curves. I love the movement with the star fabric, it reminds me of a night sky scene.
Karen at Creaworx created a beautiful sunset on the water.
Gunnel at Gunnels blog a beautiful free form sample
Hilary at Textileplay created beautiful leave using silk organza overstiched with the herringbone.
