Recovering from the flu

I am slowly recovering from being struck by the flu. I spent all weekend curlled up in bed and cant remember the last time a cold made me feel this miserable. The fog is slowing lifting and I am starting to feel back to normal. Very little of anything has occured beyond getting off the couch for a drink of water.

I was able to manage a bit of work on my Sunflower quilt today by finishing filling in the bouquet...

Your art is beautiful. I love the freestyle embroidery and back a few posts the beaded embrodery.

Glad you are feeling better. This piece is looking very lovely- the couching really sets it off nicely.

Hi,
Denise here,
I was wondering if I could use this picture as inspiration for my beading for a cure project. My project will be a beaded vase and these colours are just what we are working with! I'd like to copy your picture on my computer and just use it to get a feel for the way you blended the pictures. I'm not going to print it out or use it as it's own piece for anything.
If you want to see the colours, and why this appeals to me, just go to Grace beading (she won a contest of yours) and you'll see the beads and colours.
I just love this quilt!
thanks, Denise
