Round Robin

I am participating in a crazy quilt block round robin with the Crazy Quilt International yahoo group. It has been great fun to receive each block and add my special touch.
This is Sandy's block the suggested stitches to try the month were the chevron and french knot.
I decided to continue with her butterfly theme and add a few butterfly beads along with the chevron seam embellishment.
I also did this little spray of rose buds with some of my hand dyed silk ribbon. I am embarrassed to say I cannot stitch a french knot, but the colonial knot that Judith Baker Montano shows in her Elegant Stitches book is a breeze for me, so I went with that.
