Under Construction
I am sure most of my blog followers have noticed the lack of posts. I am sure I will get back to more quilty blogging soon. Most of my creative efforts have been enjoying knitting but we also have started our great kitchen remodel. New counter tops, new hardwood floor through out most of our main level (kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, hallway and entry), new sink and new tile back splash. So right now we are in the midst of destruction. My kitchen is a disaster, tile floor and back splash removed, microwave on the counter, dishwasher recently moved to position next to sink. There is dust and remnants of the demolition everywhere.
According to our schedule we should be done by the end of October, we will see if the contractors cooperate.

This is an exact duplicate of my daughter's kitchen (including the refrigerator) before her builder/architect husband demolished it and re-did it. Now it's a beautiful thing. I wish I had seen this when you posted it and sent you pictures of hers. I did ia "double take" when I saw it
