This week on the needles

I frogged a few projects which gave me a huge feeling of relief that I had too many projects going. Now that I feel I am down to a manageable number, what do I go and do? Get a new project started. I am making the Tea Leaf Cardigan out of an 50/50 alpaca and wool blend from Cascade in Gray Tweed. I am having a bit of a love affair with alpaca fibers at the moment, so soft. I am planning a few mods with the sleeves but I will make the final decision on what to do when I get to that point. I don't particularly care for 3/4 length sleeves and the seed stitch cuff is not my style.
I am to the point of row after row of stockinette but still excited to see/wear the finished sweater.

This is the perfect project to work on while the kids are playing and I need to constantly stop and be the toy referee.
