Amulet Pouch
I am nearly finished with my Vase of Sunflowers (final pictures to appear soon) quilt and so often after finishing a major work I usually move toward smaller pieces for awhile. I started a few amulet pouches created from the pattern in the December 2007 Quilting Arts. The pouch measure 5 inches from top to tip.

I like the shape, the bead "tassle" at the bottom...and just the idea that you can make something beautiful and useful in a short time.
