Prairie Church
I have this small quilt that I started in a class with Laura Wasilowski nearly a year ago. I really love the quilt and just need to decided how to finish the landscape. I am not thrilled with the color choice of the last piece of land at the very bottom of the quilt. It is too dark. But I like the swoosh of the lines. So I am thinking I will try it with some lighter greens like the land that the house is sitting upon.

If you think the bottom fabric is too dark try machine quilting with a lighter coloured thread.
It's beautiful. I really like the colors a lot -- they are so evocative of summer sunsets and rolling hills.
